Koichi Tamazawa

President

Mr. Tamazawa has been a President of Daiwa PI Capital since September 2022.
1997: Joined Yamaichi Securities. Engaged in investment banking.
1998: Joined Daiwa Corporate Investment. Assigned to the Investment Department (startup investments).
2003: Transferred to the Business Investment Department. Appointed Managing Director in April 2012.
2014, July: Concurrently appointed Head of Private Equity Group of the Private Equity Department in Daiwa PI Partners.

At Daiwa PI Partners, Mr. Mine has overseen the investment in Marine Profoods, particularly in DX (Digital Transformation, a process of introducing digital tools in business operations) support.

Mr. Mine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Osaka University. He is also a chartered member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan and a Digital IT Master*1.
